  13. Okay, I got no reply to my previous posting, so I will try again. :-)

  15. I have a Maxtor 540 F-SCSI-II disk which I wanna use, but my toolbox
  16. won't cooperate. The disk may be broken, but I pray not.
  17. Okay, what happens is, HDToolBox finds and reads the drive fine. Run a verify
  18. on it, no errors reported. Okay, so far so good, I have set it up properly.
  19. But, when I now try to save, HDToolBox gives me a -1 error on write. :-S
  20. Anyone knows what could be causing this?
  21. My Hardware:
  22. A500 + A590(XT-SCSI) + 3MB RAM(.5CHIP).
  23. Could it be that the A590 just can't handle this drive?
